However, as with all adventure activities, there still remains an element of risk, especially on or around horses. Bookings are excepted on the understanding that clients are aware of these risks, and that they are willing to abide by the directions and decisions of their Guide (or his/her representative), whilst participating in any activity. We reserve the right to amend, or cancel any activities due to road, weather conditions, or other mitagating circumstances. Beaumont High Country Experience cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to any equipment while on the premises or participating in any activity.
